When you type venue names, menu notes, or email addresses into the Message Docket tool on our Contact page, that text is processed entirely inside your own web browser using local JavaScript to generate a copyable or downloadable `.txt` file. We do not transmit or store those form entries on a remote database.

2. Direct Email Correspondence

If you choose to email us at [email protected], we receive your email address and the contents of your message solely to reply to your inquiry. We never sell, rent, or trade editorial correspondence lists to third-party brokers.

3. Server Logs & Your Rights

Standard web hosting logs temporarily record IP addresses and browser user-agents for security and error diagnosis. Under UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you may request access to or deletion of any personal correspondence held by our desk by emailing [email protected].
